I am a long-time commercial real estate professional (appraiser & broker) with a focus in real estate analytics and development consulting, and a Director of Real Estate for a large governmental team in another market. When I moved to Nashville from out of state, I knew I’d be best served by partnering with someone who could help me navigate the market and reach my goals. I met Ryan at an open house, and from that moment on he shared his insight on different markets, property types & price trends, took me to properties & objectively guided me when I was considering different options or indecisive. When I found the home that I fell in love with, he negotiated a very strong deal on my behalf and connected me to the larger team of professionals I needed to close the purchase. He was on top of the deal from beginning to end and made the purchase seamless. We actually closed in less than 3 weeks from the contract date. Ryan is more than a realtor, he’s a friend. I didn’t have the liberty of looking at a house myself because I’m in the military. Ryan looked at and advised on every house I was interested in. Ultimately, I bought a house without even seeing it with my own eyes because I trusted Ryan’s judgment. 1.5 years later I’m glad I did. Two years ago, we approached Ryan about buying a home, and he has been fantastic to work with since that day! With the tools he set us up with, we casually searched for homes, and the areas of town we liked. He was always patient, respected our timeline, and never put pressure on us throughout the process. Earlier this year when we were finally ready to act, Ryan made himself even more available to us! Morning, noon, and night he was always prompt to respond to texts or calls, answering every question, and providing us with suggestions. We saw several houses, but he always made the process very fun and enjoyable. He even gave us great recommendations on local lenders, insurance providers, and set up a time to meet with the builders of the home we ended up purchasing. There are a lot of realtors in Nashville, but Ryan is the best! He is personable and really listens to what you are looking for in a home. We give him five stars, ten out of ten, and highly recommend him!!

My wife and I were fortunate have Ryan Tombul when we moved to Murfreesboro. As our Realtor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we found a potential home. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a slight bidding war, Ryan walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. It was an unconventional approach but it worked and we thank Ryan for that every day!

Ryan, made my move to Nashville so easy! I had very limited time to find an apartment in Nashville & Ryan had me set up in a matter of days. Ryan is responsive, available on short notice & extremely professional. Ryan knows the Nashville market very well and was thorough in his analysis & recommendation. It was a pleasure to work with Ryan. He was very patient showing many properties to me and pointed out the good things and "not so good" things about each place. Once we chose a place, Ryan helped with every aspect of the sale. He helped find an inspector and a surveyor (which was very hard to find in Nashville) and made sure everything was done in time for us to close quickly.
I highly recommend Ryan. He is very friendly and knows the right questions to ask and makes sure the purchase is done correctly and in a timely manner.

I was impressed with Ryan’s performance as my buyer’s agent. He was committed to us and our objectives throughout the entire duration of our home buying experience. He made himself available at all hours of the day and regularly demonstrated his professional knowledge of the process. He maintains a network of professionals who are committed to providing efficient services (ie. mortgage brokers/ inspectors/ insurance agents) to the Nashville home buyer.
