She is always willing to get you a showing, help with mortgage recommends, she knows people that can repair your existing house to get it ready to sell, and she knows people who can fix the house you’re buying, appraisals, home inspections, surveying, foundation repair, the list goes on. She does it all, and is friendly, courteous even when she doesn’t have to be, and fights for you.
