Lisa Prather helped me every step of the way. My home was listed for two days and was under contract. Wow! I had some unfinished business I needed to take care of and she walked me through all of it and kept me calm. I couldn't of asked for a better realtor. Lisa is amazing! We have been working with her since she started in Real Estate around 2014 and she has been the best agent we’ve met. She is always willing to get you a showing, help with mortgage recommends, she knows people that can repair your existing house to get it ready to sell, and she knows people who can fix the house you’re buying, appraisals, home inspections, surveying, foundation repair, the list goes on. She does it all, and is friendly, courteous even when she doesn’t have to be, and fights for you. I was willing to move a closing date and she fought to keep it earlier which saved me a lot of money and headaches. THE BEST!

We had a great experience working with Lisa. This was the third time we used Lisa to buy/sell a property. Lisa took the time to sit down with us and go over comparables to come up with our asking price. She was easy to get a hold of whenever we had a question and was quick to get our house on the market. We had two offers shortly after it went up for sale. We highly recommend Lisa and will continue to work with her in the future for our real estate needs!
