Lisa was absolutely the best. My house sold in June and we were in the bidding wars of getting a house for about 6 months. Lisa was extremely patient and was always on the look out. She answered my calls and texts morning, night and weekends.
Finally a house came up on the market and she was right there to schedule the appointment. We looked at the home and put a bid in that night. We received word the next day that the house was mine.
Exactly what I was looking for and is perfect. Lisa was attentive to my needs and found my dream home.

Lisa listed a property in Philadelphia's Franklin Town section.

She reviewed the properties recently sold and the properties for sale to establish a listing price consistent with the current market. She recommended we try for a cash sale due to property condition. She then contacted developers who usually buy properties in need of repairs, and this produced offers to test the reliability of the listing price.

We finally received an offer from a cash qualified couple who intend to develop the property for their personal use. Their offer was accepted. PS-glad to be out of Phila.

The offer was @ 93% of the listing price.
Lisa made numerous trips to Phila. to show the property (approx. 30 miles each way) and was always available to show property and answer questions.

She earned the five stars.
