This was the first home I have sold. Not only is it the unknown it was during a pandemic and Chiquita always had an answer or she would return with a quick response during a stressful time. I feel like she went above and beyond as we say in the Army. I do not believe my house would have sold as quickly with out her professional and personal attention to detail and people skills. There are so many Realtors in and around the Joplin area, I grew up there, I did not choose a buddy to do what is best for my family. Sometimes it is just good business and I could not have chosen a better business partner. Highly recommend.

Chiquita was referred to us by our lender, and I am grateful for that. After our first communication with her, she jumped right into helping us find our perfect home. We moved to the Joplin area from out of state, and Chiquita always made herself available to show us houses or help us out when it was most convenient for us (weekends, evenings, last minute appts, etc.). She was extremely professional throughout the entire process of our home buying, and genuinely happy for us at our closing.
