Being new to this area, I went in on my house hunt, blindly. I knew I needed to be near good schools, for my kids, and feel safe. I also had to be close enough for my husband’s commute to base. Kristin was very attentive to what I wanted and she was well versed in military VA sales and necessary requirements. Having to find a house by myself, that would satisfy the needs of a family of four was not easy. Kristin showed great patience and care in considering all of our needs.

This was the 2nd time using Kristin to buy a home, she listens to what you want in a house and makes it happen. She’s not pushy, if you’re not comfortable with something she will put the brakes on it immediately. The house we purchased dropped on the market for 10 minutes before she called us and told us she thought she found what we were looking for. She’s always available to answer questions 24/7 it seems and she’s always knowledgeable about her job. If I could rate her out of 10 stars I’d rate her a 15

I had a piece of land for sale in Kris' area a while ago. It languished on the market of over a year. A few months after that listing expired Kris contacted me and asked if I still wanted to sell.
Let me be plain Kris will NOT be able to retire on the commission she earned for the sale of my lot.
Kris listed my lot and the following day had an offer! Her pricing advise made all the difference. Kris guided me thought the process. Even though I am a licensed real estate agent in Washington State, Kris did not assume I understood Florida real estate law. For that I am very grateful because there is a difference.

Kris was absolutely amazing! She made sure she kept our needs in mind at all times. She was always on time and only showed us homes that met our needs and wants and fit within our budget. We would not have been able to find our dream home without her. If we do buy another home in this area or sell our home, Kris will be our realtor! I would not go with anyone else unless I had no other choice. She was understanding if we did not want to even go into a home, she just took us to the next home! She was great! I feel like we left with more than just a home out of this process, but a friend as well. Anytime we wanted to go see the home, she made it happen! She worked around our busy work schedules and helped our dreams become reality! She even went as far as to help give us directions on utilities after the home buying process was complete.
