Debbie was so wonderful to work with and I always felt like it was always a team effort! In the beginning she provided lots of data and past histories for pricing the house but I never felt pressured...in fact we randomly came up with almost the same selling price. Along the way there were several bumps in the road from small, little things but Debbie remained always the consummate professional and was my voice of reason and my go to for win-win situations. We had an offer in 2 days but lost the offer for unforeseen reasons. Debbie remained calm and reassured me we would have another offer in no time. Sure enough, we had 2 offers the week it went back on the market. I can not say enough great things about Debbie but I can say with clarity and great confidence that she is a true treasure and a gem to work with and I hope I am able to send her as much business as possible. I highly recommend working with this talented, fun and energetic Real Estate Professional.

Debbie was wonderful to work with! I originally listed my home in September and received several solid offers within a couple of days. However, due to unforeseen personal circumstances, I had to remove the listing and delay the sale of my home. Debbie was very understanding, patient and maintained the same level of concern and professionalism. Throughout the delay, she reached out often to see how things were going and to offer encouragement. The house re-listed on December 8 and in less than 24 hours several offers were made. Within a couple of days I signed a contract. Debbie walked me through every step of the selling process. She explained things in a way I could easily understand, made everything simple to navigate, kept me updated on progress and was always available to answer any questions. I absolutely enjoyed working with her and highly recommend her!

My husband and I were blown away by Debbie. She was a pleasure to work with, from start and finish. She was exceptional in all aspects of the process and went above and beyond for us. Debbie was always available when needed. She was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. She made the entire experience, which potentially can be stressful at times, an absolute joy! We bought our home during a global pandemic, and was 4 hours away during the whole process. Debbie didn't hesitate to step into our shoes and represent us when needed and I trusted her explicitly. We are planning on selling our rental property next year, and I wouldn't consider using anyone but Debbie Thompson!
