Heidi was an amazing buyer's agent! We started out by looking at existing homes and then realized that we might want to build a brand new home. Heidi put together a package of 4-5 builders and we began touring their models. After we found the model we wanted, she then assisted us with finding our lot. She was always available, responded promptly, and made the process very easy for us. I would recommend Heidi to anyone looking for a new or existing home!

She put together a list of about 4 or 5 builders and we began to tour various models. After settling on a builder, Heidi then assisted us with finding an existing lot to build our new home. Heidi helped us finding the perfect home. When we met her for the first time, she already had several showings planned and scheduled. Not only was everything perfectly planned, no, Heidi had prepared a handout with a lot of helpful information and pictures.
I liked, that she was not trying to talk us into something that we did not like, she searched exactly for what we were looking for.
She was very patient with us even when we wanted to see a house a second time.
After a couple days and lots of showings we found our house.
Heidi introduced us to the seller, helped with negotiating and didn't stop when we closed. She was and still is also always available and willing to help.
We highly recommend working with Heidi, if you are looking for a professional agent who cares and is always there for you.

Well, let me start by saying I was disappointed that it took Heidi all of 13.5 HOURS to sell our lot in Cape Coral! Seriously, 13.5 hours after listing Heidi had an offer in hand!
Now was it Heidi or was it the location of the lot? I don't know, but I DO KNOW that Heidi was absolutely wonderful to work with. She is very outgoing, listens well, is not afraid to ask questions and seek clarification, took suggestions and ideas on the strengths of our lot and was a total professional at all times.
