To say Samir did a great job would be a vast understatement to both his skill set and his professionalism. Samir was perfect from our very first meeting to the day of close. In this CRAZY market we all find ourselves in I always felt he had our best interest in mind, and when it came time to get down to the negotiations he did phenomenally. Gold star, 100%, 10/10 A+++ without a doubt. I couldn't have been happier with our decision to work with Samir! Thanks to him my wife and two girls are now living in our absolute dream home!!! In today's world, we find ourselves "settling" for a lot. Rather it is due to inventories, availabilities, budget, etc; BUT if you are in the market for a realtor do not use your buddy, do not use your family, do not use a recommendation, UNLESS they end up pointing you to Samir Patel. Anyone else would be "settling."

Samir was the agent who got us into our very first home. As a first time buyer, everything is new and overwhelming, but he simplified everything to help us better understand the process and feel more comfortable.

He is not pushy and won’t try to talk you into anything that you’re unsure of. He was very flexible with our schedules and went above and beyond for us. Samir made sure everything got taken care of in a timely manner and was minimally affected amid the current health crisis. He’s a very relaxed guy and I would definitely recommend working with him.
