Kristina is a consummate professional who was tireless in her efforts to help me find my forever home. Her knowledge of all things real estate related is unparalleled. She knew all the questions to ask, helped me make a well-thought out offer that included an addendum that protected me financially if the house didn't appraise at my offering price. Kristina also ensured that every step of the way from offer to closing went smoothly. There was absolutely nothing she didn't think of, which gave me a lot of assurance and peace of mind as a first time homebuyer. Kristina genuinely cares about her clients and I cannot think of anyone who better embodies what a realtor should be. I wish I could give her a hundred stars instead of just five!

Kristina worked very hard in helping us find a home that fit our needs. In advance of physically looking at houses, she did research and identified properties that she felt met our requirements/desires.

She was available at all hours to answer questions and provide information that was critical to our decision making. When asked a question, she did the needed research and provided the answer in a timely fashion.

After we made the decision to buy, she was still available to help with property questions, closing questions etc. She was truly an outstanding resource in all aspects of the home purchase process.

She treated us like "family" and told us from now on we were part of her family.
