Melissa and Sharon were great. We had been looking at the Verde Valley for 3 1/2 years. There was one house in particular we had seen in the MLS we decided we just needed to see. We told her what we were looking for and gave her a list of houses we wanted to see. We are from CA and only had 2 days to look. Melissa had another house on her list and we explained we had seen it, but the MLS said it was in a flood zone so we had dismissed it.
