We reached out to Claudia when we found out we were relocating from the SFO Bay area to Northern VA/ DC Suburbs.

Claudia was helpful, responsive and adapted with us as our searched move from a single family home to a townhome or condo. We were able to find a home on our 2nd day of looking and Claudia helped us with the entire process from offer to close.

We are so appreciative of her knowledge of the area, patience and kindness during what could have been a harrowing process (especially for my husband :)).

I was moving back to the States from overseas and Claudia reached out to me when I started looking to buy a property. From the beginning, she was always available to answer questions. She put me in touch with a lender right away so I could get pre-approval to assist in a smooth process. I was not able to see the properties in person since I was still overseas, but Claudia set up two days of showings and called me on Facetime to walk me through the properties. I was so nervous about going through this process virtually, but Claudia made me feel like I was there and described every detail. She went above and beyond and made the entire process so smooth and I am so thankful she reached out to me!

We were able to video chat and accomplish several virtual tours day and night with her assistance. She had patience and a caring nature to make sure we saw the houses as they became available.
