We were so lucky to have Joleen by our side in purchasing our first home. As first time home buyers we didn't know what to expect. Her courtesy, knowledge, professionalism and willingness to provide us with facts, technical details, and answers to our questions and concerns were always present and made the process enjoyable. We went through an unexpected issue with seller and she followed through on every issue, keeping us up to date and moving things along. Joleen was great in facilitating the sale of my mother's home. As a first time home seller, Joleen guided me through the process and explained everything thoroughly. She had great suggestions and got us the sale price we were looking for. Although my mother's home is not usual type of properties Joleen lists, she treated is if it was as important to her as any other. She kept in constant contact with us right up until the closing.
