We had an incredible experience with Shelly Ragan. My husband got a new job in Omaha and we had to relocate from Wisconsin (9 hours away from Omaha!) Our Wisconsin realtor got us in contact with Shelly and right away she put us in contact with a mortgage company and put aside a whole weekend to show us houses when we came down a few weeks later. After a full Saturday of showing us Omaha and over a dozen houses, we were in her office that evening making an offer and getting it accepted and closed on our new Omaha home a little over a month later!! Shelly is very knowledgeable and was a great resource with any questions we had. She gave us great advice and information and I honestly don't know what we would have done without her. She was always available by phone, text or email and would always respond very quickly to us. We love our new home and feel like we made a great friend in this process - thank you Shelly !! :)

The Ragan team did an excellent job. Nick was very responsive and was always easy to get ahold of. He was constantly looking for great homes that fit our specific needs. Even when he was on vacation in another country, he was able to help us out with an unfortunate situation and had the situation resolved by the end of the day. Would highly recommend! 5 stars in my mind!

Shelly did a great job. She was our eyes and ears on the ground in Omaha as we were moving back home to Nebraska. Shelly was easy to work with from afar by phone and email. We had a new build home and she was super helpful, including meeting at the home options showroom and facetiming us to select carpet and tile and stuff. Shelly has a host of connections to help with a storage unit, local movers, and a furniture repair person. We heartily recommend Shelly for your "NextHome"!

Working with Nick to sell our old home and find a new one was beyond amazing. His professionalism and competence relieved so much of the stress associated with the home buying and selling process! He was extremely flexible when our new home search drastically changed after we found out we were expecting twins, and worked hard to find homes within our budget, size needs, and desired location. Communicating with Nick was very easy and he was extremely responsive via phone, text, or email whenever we needed to get in touch. I always felt he had our best interest in mind when negotiating on both the buying and selling side and was confident in following his advice. We are so happy with the new home we ended up in and cannot recommend Nick and the Ragan team highly enough!

We rolled into Omaha in July of 2020 for a job interview and look around the city. We decided to check out the real estate market and see what was available. My husband sent a message via Zillow, I believe and Kerri responded to us and was willing to show us some home. I was impressed with her as we had not even taken the job or decided on the move. I kept her card and when we decided to make the big move, we called Kerri. Since we decided to rent for a year first to feel out where we wanted to live, we kept in loose contact. We met for coffee and then when the market started to go crazy, we decided we wanted to build. She gave us a few places to look as she knew where we wanted to be. We passed Celebrity homes and decided to check them out and were the most happy with the homes we saw. Kerri helped us every step of the way and checked in on us as our home was being built. We are grateful and if we ever move from this home, we will give her a call. She was a great help to us and one of our first friends in Omaha.
