Eric was the one good thing about buying a house. While all of the other aspects of purchasing a home were complicated he made sure to help along the way. He made himself available at odd times to accommodate my work schedule. We told him the kind of house we were looking for and in the area we wanted to move to and in little time he found us the perfect home.
