Eric has been an amazing agent working with us the past two months. Long drives and crazy weather and he marched on to help us. Even with some setbacks with funding, he found ways to help keep the process rolling on schedule. We live across the country so he’s had to be our representative in the field. Eric was amazing at helping me sell a condo I inherited. After seeing the condition of the condo and the comps in the neighborhood, he gave me his opinion of a solid starting price to list, to which I agreed with. This sale was hard for me emotionally, but he was great at representing me and negotiating with the buyer/buyer's agent.
