--They are knowledgable and strategic about home improvement recommendations. They know which ones will make money and which ones aren't worth doing. We followed all of their advice, and it paid off big time.

--They made everything easy and stress-free. They coordinated all quotes and home improvements and inspected all completed work to be sure it was done to perfection. They even helped us with our relocation options and coordinated long-distance moving quotes.

We moved 450 miles away, and we just handed Lisa and Bill our house keys and relaxed while they took over. We don't feel that there are many people we could have trusted to take care of every detail and solve every problem with integrity and to absolute perfection while we were so far away from our home. (Trust us, problems can arise--and there is nobody more trustworthy and meticulous than Lisa and Bill to solve them.) Lisa and Bill really rise above all expectations and are in a league of their own. We are so grateful to them for all the extras, and for caring for our home (and our investment) as if it were their own. And to top it off they are just lovely, nice, good people to work with.

Bill and Lisa helped us listing and selling our condo, and made it happen in the worst market we could have possibly been into.
