Connie is a very personable and respectful realtor. She was very dependable and referred our family to contractors we needed for some minor updates that was crucial to selling our home in the timeframe we were aiming for. She answered our texts and emails promptly and was open to our input. She gave us prompt feedback from all buyers after open houses she held mostly herself. She did a good job keeping the house prepared for showings by following the CDC guidelines for Covid 19 that were in place during that time. We really appreciated her hard work and attention to details.

All I can say is WOW! It was such a pleasure to work and deal with Consuelo, we called her Connie. She was very patient plus listened to mine and the other Estate owners of the property concerns or thoughts . Which at times I feel we wore her thin. She did everything we asked of her and went above and beyond the call of duty! Also, I was impressed of her market knowledge. She kept us, good or bad, up to date so we could make informed pricing decisions. Another thing I was happy about with Connie, was her follow up with current and past prospects, that either came in through the open houses she did or brought by other agents. I always felt she never left a stone unturned which is why I believe she got our Estate sold above appraisal.
