Peter was very helpful and instrumental in getting the job done! Since we are out of town sellers, Peter went beyond the call of duty to get things resolved. He assisted us in getting minor repairs completed. He assisted with a lot of the legal paperwork, and Peter also explained everything to us. I especially appreciated the insight to many nuances of the different buyers and their ability to purchase with the different financing they had procured. Peter went the extra mile to gain information so that we could make our decisions promptly and with care. I highly recommend Peter for listing or for purchasing. We got our house sold in the most difficult time of the year between mid November to mid January!

Peter helped us locate our home 17 years ago at a time when the housing market was short on homes we could afford. We were very pleased with the home he found for us.

The process of finding our home would have been more difficult it it wasn't for the help of Peter. Everything went smoothly during our time in searching for the perfect property. Peter is an amazing agent that goes above and beyond the call of a real estate agent, he made sure my family and I were able to purchase our first dream home together in efficient and effective fashion as promised. When my wife and I entered the housing market, we were not only excited but also very nervous at the same time with the current market until we met Mr. Peter Dang who was also recommended by a close friend in the Orlando area.
We are extremely happy with his services and negotiation skills. Working with Peter was a great experience, he explained everything to us in a detailed matter that made it very easy to understand. He answered all my texts, emails and phone calls regardless of how late in the evening or early in the morning it was even during weekends after his own family time. We were located out of state and Peter provided us with multiple virtual tours of multiple houses and not only took the time to explain the highlights of each house but also pointed out the flaws so we would not be misled into buying the wrong home. He covered school zone and safety measures for each area which was very important to us because we have two very young children. He explained everything in a detailed manner from loan procedures, inspections reports, title transfers to closing procedures while keeping a professional relationship with the seller's agent in a prompt and timely manner. What we love about Peter is his ability to explain his recommendations for what is a reasonable offer while having a chance to compete with other aggressive offers in this crazy market that truly helped us sealed the deal with our new house. His negotiation skills is clearly unmatched like any other.
Simply the best agent I've ever had opportunity to work with, very professional and experienced and absolutely delightful to deal with. We felt like not only we have a real estate broker for life but also gained a life-long friend.
