During the last few years, I have developed a very strong understanding of the real estate business and have helped many people achieve their investment and real estate goals.

My tech background brings a fresh approach to the buying and selling process by creating a smarter real estate experience.

In the beginning,  I help you gain as much knowledge as possible before you purchase or sell a home. The most rewarding aspect has always been educating clients by evaluating and analyzing the market to mitigate risks and maximizing opportunities and profits.

 

My clients are part of my team. After we discuss client needs, wants, and dreams,  I gather, evaluate, and analyze the current market statistics, sales, prices, neighbourhoods information and more.   Then we build a plan that will fit their personal goals.

I understand the importance of details and the responsibilities that come along with them. I am  personally involved in each step of the process and make every transaction stress free and pleasant.  I have a great professional team which includes lenders, title representatives, inspectors and others who have many years of experience in working for the Intero Los Gatos Office

Michelle is the agent you want to work with for all your real estate needs. She is sharp, competitive, knowledgeable, customer oriented,
detail oriented and gets the job done.She is there to guide you throughout the entire process. Despite COVID- 19, she was able to work closely with vendors, the title company and the buyers agent to ensure that our property closed on time. She communicated frequently on the strategy, and closed the deal in a short time.She did not shy away from any question . She always followed through with straight forward answers and through explanations. Her marketing approach, which utilized a variety of resources in addition to MLS resulted in a good offer in only two days. We would highly recommend Michelle for other home sellers.

This is a recommendation for Michelle Brenner who was my real estate agent. Let me begin by saying she has OUTSTANDING business acumen competency. Her honesty, great work ethic, tenacity, knowledge of the real estate market, desire to help people and her integrity is beyond approach. She has such an engaging personality and her communication skills include being a GREAT listener (being an older person she had to clarify information to me). Michelle was very patient and I really appreciated that. Found Michelle to have a problem solver mindset. Many times a problem would come up and she would already have several solutions and she would explain in detail the different solutions. To me this was WONDERFUL! She was always responding to me in a timely manner and she made excellent use of her time. Many times she would address issues before they came up. Michelle is very much a strategic thinker. Because of the EXCELLENT way Michelle's personality shines and her total professionalism I would HIGHLY recommend Michelle and in my opinion she should teach other realtors how to EXCEL in their profession. I needed a lot of help in preparing my home of 25 years for sale. I don't know what I would have done without Michelle expert guidance. Michelle was very helpful with upgrade suggestions. She probably could have a second career in interior design! I was super pleased with her service from beginning to end. I would not hesitate to use Michelle again.

Michelle did an outstanding job helping us find an investment property. Michelle has more virtues as a realtor, bur perhaps the best way to summarize them is to say that michelle shows cares about her clients investment as if it were her own.
