Linda has market experience, but she is a corporate realtor that focuses on her own bottom line, and protecting the seller rather than the buyer. I'd be really careful with her. I would not trust her as she will make promises swearing the warranty company will cover any defects, and later change course when you come to find out that's not true at all. She is very one sided, she'll provide attentive attention until she gets paid then leaves you hanging. She's sneaky, lacks integrity and ethics. I’d also do you own research and find your own inspector. She will miss major issues, and later put that on you and the supposed warranty company which are complete waste of time and money. I DO NOT recommend her.
