Lavata is the best! We were referred to her as first time homeowners and she found us an amazing house in our price range within weeks! So when it came time for us to move out of state- there was no question in our mind who to call to help us sell the same house she helped us buy years earlier. She is knowledgeable, kind, and brings experience and skills that cannot be replaced. LaVata was seriously the best realtor ever. Every time I had a question she was on the ball and answered right away. She was very pleasant and it felt like we had been friends for years. She would go out of her way drive an hour for us... even to deliver the most beautiful pointsetta for a gift at a Christmas. After the sale she was so thoughtful and bought my son something special for his new bedroom. Our experience with her was phenomenal and I cannot say enough nice things about her. Highly recommend ❤️
