After meeting with Dever and explaining what we were looking for in a house, she hit the ground running. She made all the arrangements to view homes that she knew we could be interested in. Dever also was able to keep us both up to date, since my husband was already in North Carolina and I was still in New York helping my mom through chemo, it was no easy task. She listened to both our needs and happily accommodated! Dever is a self-starter and hard worker. She is very personable and considerate. She is quick to respond to any questions or concerns that you may have. We would recommend Dever to any person who is looking for a real estate agent. We do not say that lightly because we believe that whoever you recommend is also a reflection on you; therefore we would never recommend someone who we have any doubt would not follow through. And that’s why we have absolutely no reservations on recommending Dever because we KNOW she will work hard, listen to your needs and make it happen! She is a breath of fresh air!

Dever sold my home in 8 days. She took care of dealing with all contractors and meeting them to get any repairs done on my home. Everything was done on time and quickly. This made everything much easier on me. I work full time and would not have been able to take care of everything myself.

Dever made the home buying process incredibly easy and streamlined. We reached out to her with our new move to North Carolina. After 10 minutes of telling her what we were looking for, she sent us an email of all the available houses we would like. After letting her know which ones we would like to see, she set up a schedule of all 8 houses for that Saturday! She gave us her feedback without us feeling pressured to take her opinion when looking at houses. After putting an offer on a house, she was very quick in answering all our questions either by phone, email or text. Dever represented my wife and I when we bough our first home. She was very flexible when showing us many... (MANY) properties. Dever always had a great selection of houses lined up to see in the areas we were looking. She had valuable input that was offered but she balanced this well by ultimately letting us form our own opinions. Whenever we needed anything she was very responsive and prompt for appointments while being super polite with any interactions; email, calls etc.
She was instrumental in helping us through the home buying process from start to finish, pre-loan approval, offer, acceptance the whole thing! It was like having an excellent YouTube tutorial or the a guide book with us at all times. She will definitely be representing us for our next real estate venture. 10/10 would recommend.

Ms. Dever Clevinger has been an outstanding agent for both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new condo. Dever started this process in June of last year while we were trying to identify the things that needed to be done for the successful sale of our home of the last 18 years. Throughout this process she answered every call and took the time to advise us about repairs and improvement that would help make this transition successful. Dever is a wonderful realtor but she is also a wonderful person. Dever is extremely knowledge and had answers to all of our questions.
