I was recommended to list my home for sale with Misty MacDonald by a coworker who had achieved great results with the short-notice sale of his home in Waynesville. I had been stationed at Fort Leonard Wood since 2020, and I had three years of hard work caring for my home. I had high expectations for my sale in June 2023. Misty was able to obtain an offer on my home that far exceeded my expectations, and she did so with ONE (virtual video) SHOWING!! She maximized the benefit of the hard work I had already put in, and made selling my house a breeze. I know that my results are probably not typical, but I offer her my highest recommendation. Angie is amazing. I can't even put into words how great she was helping us sell our home. There were multiple speed bumps but she was always right there to resolve the issues. Her knowledge of the industry and area was extensive. She was always available for any questions my husband or I had along the way. She was always on top of all aspects during the listing and sale process. Most of all she cares about her clients, I can't tell you how many times she called to keep us up to date and check-in to make sure we were doing ok and didn't have any questions. Like I mentioned before, we had a few issues arise and she was so empathetic and encouraging through it all!

I 100% recommend Angie! Best realtor we have ever worked with!

I've had a tough year losing my wife and son late last year. Moving my parents from their home of almost 50 years into a nursing facility because of failing health. After losing my father inn February my cousin and I spent the entire summer cleaning out the house and getting it ready to sell. I had a fantastic experience with Angie Masterson listing and selling the property. It is rare these days to find someone so totally reliable and so easy to communicate with as Angie was with me and my cousin. Misty MacDonald was an absolute genius and joy to work with. Our calls and texts were answered within minutes. If she knew she would not be available immediately she would let us know in advance. Her knowledge of the homes, comps, VA loan and community were unmatched. Misty went above and beyond our expectations and made our first home purchase as easy as possible. We've known Angie for a while now. We had discussed purchasing but we didn't really think it was in the cards for us right now. I had Misty Macdonald as a realtor, and I'm also a first time house buyer. I'm active duty and PCSing for the first time, so I was pretty stressed and scared to make a large financial decision.
