Answered all of my questions ( at time asked or later when she had answer ) very attentive to my understanding everything all the way through the process . I'm a 70 yr old dinasoar when it comes to the internet and due to the current circumstances almost all paperwork was done electronically and she was very patient , knowledgeable , and helpful .
