Annie went out of her way to help me. I am a paraplegic in a manual wheelchair, therefore, I have strict requirements. She was capable of helping me find the right homes to tour. She was very responsive and coordinated tours even if she was not available. She was patient and waited the 6 months of touring homes until we found the right one. All in all, she does a great job.
