Knowledgeable, friendly and informative. Worked with me virtually as I was out of the country for the majority of the time we worked together. My only feedback would be for first time home buyers, it would be super helpful to go over the loan in detail to help us understand where the money is going, how the calculations work and how the final monthly payment is established. I thought the title company would go over that when I signed the papers but they just breezed through the paperwork without much knowledge of the loan. I was overseas during most of the transaction, so this may be a typical part of the process, if in person. Thank you so much!
