I would like to recommend Heather Bassett from your agency. Heather was always available to answer questions if we had any. She walked us through the process of selling our parents home which was an emotional time for us, since we had grown up there our whole life. I was in charge to sell my parents estate. I didn’t know anything about selling real estate. My sisters and I went with Team Ellis because we knew someone that worked there. ( Heather Bassett ). This was the most pleasant experience. She took the lead with everything and made this experience seamless. She kept us informed of everything that we needed to do to keep this moving along. Heather with Team Ellis was amazing to work with. She communicated the whole process along the way with me as well as what to expect during the process. She made sure I always knew what was going on. We aren't even living in the same state anymore and Heather went above and beyond making sure we had exactly what we needed to make this happen. The process was lengthy, but they kept us up to date each day as we came closer to our closing date. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering buying a home in Missouri. We were introduced to Lisa through a mutual friend and began our home buying journey over 2 years ago. She took her time and learned what we were looking for in our home. Lisa would take the time to point out feature of the homes we would look at and explain things to us.

Then COVID began and PCS orders followed. We loved the area so much we told Lisa we were coming back.

She helped show us listing and get everything done virtually. Lisa is very professional and kind. We would recommend her or any of the Team Ellis to future home buyers.
