I recently decided to sell my property, and I knew going into it there would be numerous challenges. Kylee was referred to me by an acquaintance who was aware of these challenges and felt confident that she had the ability to work with the hurdles and move forward. We met with Kylee and explained the sensitive nature of the sale, and she assured us that selling the property would not be an issue. We met again the following day and Kylee clearly explained her plans. At first we felt this will be a long drawn out process so it came as a total surprise when she called less that three days later with a generous offer. the following day she had a contract locked in place. From the very first moment everything was handled without a single bit of hassle on our end. Not only is Kylee a remarkable realtor, but a genuinely wonderful person as well.
