We recently sold our house with Becki. This most recent property was our 8th home we have sold in the last 20 years. We know a good realtor when we work with one. The process was quick and seamless. She held one open house the first week the house was on the market and our property sold within 4 days. Communication was excellent and she was very knowledgeable with the entire selling process. Becki was the best realtor I could have ever asked for. I was looking for a house in South Kingstown and I got the house I wanted for the price I wanted in less than 1 month when working with Becki.

Becki is so kind and knowledgeable. She was patient with me and explained everything I needed to know as a first time home buyer (she gave great home tips as well). Becki and I spent hours on the phone discussing my preferences, best strategies for offers etc. She invested a lot of time in me, never pressured me, and always gave me sound advice.

Becki was so on top of her job. She'd email me comps in the area and disclosures before we even went to the showing. Thanks to Becki I was usually the first person to see the house, which gave me a huge advantage in this process.

Becki has a network of lenders and inspectors that are just as good as she is. Her referrals for a mortgage lender, inspector, and home insurance agent made this process totally painless.
