This was my first home purchase, so needless to say there was A LOT to learn. Lisa did a great job educating me on the INs and OUTs of the process. We had looked at quite a few properties before finally finding the right one for me. There were multiple offers on the property but we were able to make a fair and competitive offer that was accepted by the owner. I have since moved in and am VERY happy with my purchase.
