He always offered feedback on our thoughts and selections. He even walked out right back out of some homes that he knew before we did that were no good for our family. I highly recommend Delica. She has 3 things she did really well when my wife and I were trying to sell our apartment. Firstly, she followed up pretty well with potential buyers. She got feedback soon after each potential buyer visited our apartment, getting sense of what they like and dislike. According to their feedback, she would communicate with us about what we might need to adjust on our end. Secondly, whenever there was extreme weather, she would check the apartment conditions the very next day. My family moved to another state and there were rainstorm and blizzard in the state where the apartment was in. We were very glad that Delica took care of the apartment while it was not convenient for us to reach there. Lastly, Delica can negotiate a good price according to what we were expecting. It has been a very good experience in the past several months that Delica sold the apartment for us. So I highly recommend her.

Well a lot of things, one of those things is the great respect Stephan has for others. Stephen is a very optimistic, patient, dedicated, tolerant, respectful, and very professional person in helping his clients in their search for a home. I had never experienced buying a property before, I was very afraid of the person I would have to deal with to buy my home, but when I met Stephan, I realized that he was a good human being, very humble in his way of being and a very happy person, very charismatic. For many months I was in search of a home and Stephen took care of what I was looking for and he did it with great patience and tolerance; He never gave up. He was always very positive in the search for my home while I was very negative and frustrated very quickly, many times I wanted to leave everything but Stephen always encouraged me to see things with positivity, he put a lot of dedication in the search for my home and made it. Now, I have my new home and I feel very happy but that happiness I owe to Stephen for his extraordinary work in finding my home. Thank you Stephan and I wish you thousands more clients.
