We've worked with Caitlin for many, many years, both for home sales and rentals--she's a consummate professional, an expert realtor, and an amazing human being. Our most recent sale was a challenge, especially given the age and remote location of the home, and the current housing market didn't help matters. Nonetheless, Caitlin rose to the challenge and conquered it with alacrity and acumen. Caitlin is the best property manager we’ve ever worked with, and I can’t recommend her enough.

Caitlin took us on as a property manager when our previous manager unexpectedly passed. She expertly helped us through an extremely stressful situation and gave us years of great management with our property. When it was time to sell, it was a smooth transition into that process. As a military family who were far away, it was great to know she was taking great care of our place. I would definitely recommend going to Caitlin for her services!

Caitlin is the best! She was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us the perfect home in a tough market. The entire process was seamless, which greatly reduced the stress of buying a home. Caitlin was always quick to respond and remained one step ahead of our next move! She is an expert in-and-around the Fairbanks area and was quick to point out issues with a property or location, and when we should walk away. Caitlin is an outstanding real estate professional. She managed our property for several years and always followed through on everything promised. Inspections were done regularly and promptly, and she was so helpful in organizing repairs that were needed. Our property had unique challenges in managing it, but Caitlin never complained.

Recently, Caitlin expertly walked us through selling the above property, and we always felt that we were in such great hands. She helped us get the best deal possible.

We could not be happier with how Caitlin treated us, managed, and sold our property. Caitlin was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with us while managing our rental property for over 12 years and selling the house in less than two weeks of notifying her of intent to sell. She made managing our property and selling our first home an enjoyable and stress-free experience. Caitlin is a true-professional real estate agent who listened to our specific wants and needs. Since we lived in the “Lower-48,” her expertise knowledge on managing property and selling homes were most helpful.
We wish that we could find some criticism to help her better herself in her career as a realtor, but we honestly cannot think of anything that she could have done differently or better for us. Over the past 12 years, we were very confident in her skills as a realtor have already recommended her to several of our friends and will continue to do so. For the past 11 years Caitlin has been the most hard core property manager I have ever had! She's been the only property manager I've ever had and through all of the renters and trials and tribulations with the property, she's been nothing but solid in all recommendations and fixes the house has gone thru! Caitlin was an excellent property manager and realtor. We worked with her for many years as she managed our rental property and when we decided to sell it, we did not hesitate in asking her to be our agent. We live out of state and Caitlin handled every detail for us. She was very responsive and had a lot of knowledge about the selling process.
