Jerrie helped my wife and I sell our house in Fairbanks recently. She guided us through the process like a pro. Her real estate savvy is top shelf. She made us feel very comfortable through the entire process. She was available 7 days a week for any questions/concerns we had. She nailed the listing price; the appraisal came right in at it. Jerrie Wagner knows her stuff. Once we decided to sell our home Jerrie came over on a Saturday, had the contract ready on Monday, pictures were taken on Wednesday, and our listing was live on Thursday! Our house sold in 3 days. We were looking for a house for several years because of our expectation level and unwillingness to settle for something we didn't believe met the value of the price that was asked for. Jerrie was unendingly patient and did not try to sell us anything we didn't want. Jerrie was a huge help to my family. She started helping us look for a home when we where still in Oklahoma. Once in Alaska she was on top of all the showings for housing. Jerrie helped us find the right home for my growing family as well as get us accustomed to the Alaskan life. I have dealt with three realtors while living in Fairbanks; and , Ms. Wagner was by far the best and most competent. She had my property professionally photographed, discussed pricing options and was always available to my questions and concerns. The property sold in three days and for asking price.
