The experience with Ms Brewer can only be described in one word. Excellence. There are to many areas to list in which she consistently demonstrated excellence. Her personal approach and extremely pleasant attitude gave me a feeling of reassurance that I had the best person. Her availability to show me homes was above and beyond most realtors. Most times I do not get off work until after 7pm. She would continually show me homes and on weekends. After seeing about 10 homes I did start to get discouraged. Ms Toni said to me " Henry I will show you as many homes as you want to see and for as long as it takes until you find the home for you. Over 1 yr later and probably over 50 plus home viewing I closed on my home. After thanking her for her Excellence she then said " Why you say it like that? I am not going anywhere. I am still here to help with whatever you need". WOW!!!!!! BTW she just helped me with my tax exemption, helping with finding the right person to setup my security cameras, mounting tv's and the list goes on. Thank you to Ms Toni " Excellence " Brewer.
