I recently had the pleasure of working with Toni Brewer and I would wholeheartedly recommend her as a Real Estate Professional. Toni has the qualities that make her an extremely successful and effective broker, she is conscientious, tenacious, and always keeps the client’s best interests in mind. Toni helped me with an estate sale that needed a tremendous amount of work and she was very helpful finding the needed vendors to get the job done, she is both amazing and resourceful! One of the qualities I respected the most was her no-nonsense style. As a busy executive, I do not have time to waste, she gets to the point quickly, yet professionally, always respecting my time. She is extremely responsive to questions, responds immediately, shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done.
As mentioned above, she represented the estate on the listing side of the transaction, but I would not hesitate to use her as my purchasing agent if I were buying a property. Toni and her staff have been a great team to work with. I'm not a easy person to deal with at times, it's at those times where Toni and her staff would step up and eliminate a stressfull situation with calm nerves, and more importantly with the correct solution the first time. Toni helped us with everything regarding the sale of my fathers home! We were relatively new to the real estate game and definitely had a lot of questions. Toni made the whole thing so easy and got us our full asking price for our fathers home. I can’t imagine doing it without her help. Toni and her team managed my property for more then 5 years. She also managed the sale of my property last fall, 2022. Any questions or worries I voiced got quick attention. I have worked with Toni off and on for the past three years. I then had to get my home on the market on short notice but since we have been talking off and on it was quick and easy for her to do. Since I was out of town during the listing and sale of my home there were certain things that needed to still be done. She had checked in on my property, dipping fuel and putting a freeze alarm for my peace of mind. She took personal time out of her day after hours and to explain anything I needed.
