We had a very unique situation we had two houses that were needed to sell one in Waverly and one in Effingham both are about an hour from Topeka so Seth met us in Waverly we looked over that house and then he drove all the way to Effingham which is 2 hours away from Waverly and we looked at that house we've tried to sell the Waverly House basically five times in 12 years it just sold today after been on the market with Seth in one day. It's just a matter of time before he sells the Effingham house as well we've been very pleased with Seth

Seth & Mary Froese did an excellent job with an unusual property. We sold our dad's farm with their assistance from day one, where didn't know where to begin. From comparative's that seemed next to impossible to find, to dealing with contractors during the sale (we are not local), to the closing, they were there to guide us & provide invaluable advice.
