Our paths crossed with Stefan when he was contracted to sell the home we had been renting for many years. He was professional, communicative, and accommodating to us as renters as he began that process. We were impressed with his extensive knowledge and experience with buying and selling homes in Napa so he seemed like the perfect fit to help us buy our first home as well. He was patient and committed to understanding the needs and priorities for our family and he took so much extra time to help us understand the process and market trends. We spent many hours with Stefan touring homes when finally a very unique opportunity presented itself. The new owners of the house we were renting, offered to sell us their house! We toured it right away and immediately knew it was meant to be our home. There were many important details and negotiations that needed to take place in order to make it a reality and Stefan made it happen even faster than were were anticipating! Buying our first home was intimidating at times yet Stefan made us feel confidant and well informed. Everything turned out better than we imagined, thanks to Stefan.

He even came up to the house after we left the state and he moved exercise equipment that we couldn't take care of he is amazing would recommend to anyone he was able to sell our home in circle oaks in the winter time during the holidays in a month. Stefan has been my realtor for 10 years now. We just completed our 4th transaction together (2 purchases, refi, sale). He is an ideal partner. We left for Europe before this most recent sale had closed. Issues came up while we were overseas and Stefan was on-property with contractors handling everything. Stefan was absolutely fantastic to work with to both sell and buy a home. His knowledge of the Napa market is extensive, giving me confidence in pricing my home as well as bidding on a new house. He goes beyond expectations to facilitate, setting up inspections, arranging for workers to prepare the house for sale, setting the stage for a successful sell. His ability to listen and understand what I wanted was crucial for identifying new property. Stefan's best attribute is his great communication, with all parties. Both transactions, selling then buying, went extremely smoothly, and I give Stefan the credit for making that happen. I would work with him again in a heartbeat!

I worked with Stefan to purchase my first home earlier this year. The California real estate market can be crazy but I felt that Stefan went above and beyond to ensure I had a seamless and easy experience. Not only did he take time to explain things every step of the way, he was also able to field all of my questions promptly (and there were a lot!), making himself available when it was convenient for me.

Additionally, Stefan out of his way to ensure I met with all vendors needed, from multiple GCs to roofers, etc., scheduling meetings and introducing me to personal contacts. He also suggested additional vendors I should meet with that weren't on my initial list! It was here that Stefan's years of experience and knowledge of the Napa Valley were made obvious.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Stefan again or to recommend him to friends and family purchasing in the Napa area!

Stefan Jezycki is beyond a five star professional. I met him after bidding (unsuccessfully) on one his listings where he was responsive, informative and professional. My husband and I had him represent us to purchase a home in a historically competitive market in the low-inventory desirable wine country. He and his team diligently sought out properties for us, walked us through them and gently pointed out pros and cons. Due to Stefan's team and their deep connections, as buyers we often were able to learn of things premarket, which gave us an edge up on the competition. He went to extra lengths to coordinate tours to ensure we were acquainted with different areas in his region - pointing out things relevant to our lifestyle (schools, playgrounds, traffic).

2 His "bedside manner" was more than excellent; the listening was six star out of five.
