Kathleen Haskett and her great team NextHome and First American Title-Lakeport are FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC!!! They made the selling process so easy and helped us understand what was happening every step of the way.

Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of selling a home. But personally, as being “emotionally” invested as well in selling a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with: expectations was such a lifesaver and made us feel so at ease throughout the entire process.

After owning a mortgage company and conducting thousands of real estate transactions over a 20 year period I have NEVER had the satisfaction I had with a real estate agent as I had with Kathleen Haskett.

She always kept me informed throughout the entire process.

I was an out of California state owner, never seen the property, had very little idea of what my nonconforming property was valued at and Kathleen researched and backed up the data with real comparisons.

My family and I had bought our first home, so we did not know exactly how this process would unfold. All we did know, is that we knew would need someone who would be dedicated to getting us viewings and working with our spuractic schedule. Then we met Kathleen. She went above and beyond our expectations. She would prove to be a key pillar during this process for us. She had been available at all times to relieve worries that would arise during this process, had advice for me when there were decisions to be made, and most importantly my wife and son had been unbelievable comfortable with her being apart of this critical time of our life. Their is a lot of good things to say about KATHLEEN, excellent agent, now a good friend, very smart but most of all a good person that get to know her client, what they like, lifestyle and plans, with all this she figures out what exactly you want and goes out and find it! She did for me and didn't stop till she found what I was looking for, found one house and it didn't work out do to Covic and we kept looking for I say four months and we found it, a 3 bdrm, 2 bath, 2 car garage, big yard and more, I'm HAPPY!!!!! Thanks Kathleen, you will always be special to ME!!!!!

The most notable quality about Kathleen is that she is extremely trust worthy and honest. Buying our first home was so confusing and and nerve-racking, but with her she made it 100 times easier. Kathleen helped me every step of the way, selling a house in a Global Pandemic is a different experience for the whole industry. Kathleen had inovative ways to show my house in safe and creative ways. She stayed current on all the developements on Covid 19 rules and regulations to keep us all safe and in compliance.
