I first met David on a beautiful sunny afternoon house hunting, he was well dressed and very polite. He brought snacks and caprisuns as my wife and I just moved to Texas and he told us it can get quite hot. It was a dream to work with David! He is an expert guide to East Texas with sharp knowledge of any technicalities. David lives and owns several rental properties in the area with tips and tricks for renovating and managing your home with "a guy" for everything from floors to counters to pest control. I would recommend David Perkins to anyone looking to sell their house or any real estate property. He did a great job selling my dad’s house! David is on top of all the technology available now to attract the most attention for a property and uses that knowledge to reach so many potential buyers. He always kept me informed with any updates on house showings and prospects that were interested. The home was showed twice in the first day it was listed and by the third day a good offer was made and the contract was signed.
