We helped our son move to NWA. We then started looking for a place to rent. It quickly became obvious a rental would not meet our needs. Amy helped us quickly narrow Down and find a suitable home to buy. We returned home to start the move, but my wife had a stroke the very night we arrived home. Tara Cody was an absolute blessing to work with during my fiancée’s and I’s first time home buying. She was in constant contact with both us and our lender. She would call at any point in the day in regards to updates from the sellers / sellers listing agents during negotiations and represented us extremely well. Followed up with us whenever there was a new form to sign and got it out to us quickly, and helped us get good quotes on work that’ll need to be done on the property post closing.
