She sold the home quickly and maximized what we received. She helped provide the right comps and market analysis to the appraiser. She assisted the home inspector with any issues he had. She facilitated negotiations and discussions with the buyers and ensured things ran smoothly. I was far more pleased with this experience than with any of the multiple realtors I worked with previously, and certainly will use her on my next home purchase!
