My husband and I have bought and sold multiple homes in Florida, and working with Tracy was by far the BEST experience we have had with a realtor. Not only did she get us a great price for our home sale, but she was also with us every step of the way. The photos and video tours of our home was fantastic in getting buyers to see our home and getting it sold quickly.

She listened to our concerns, was always available immediately, and went above and beyond any realtor. Tracy also had multiple contacts for home inspections, home maintenance, and rentals while we waited for our new home.

Tracy's knowledge of the area and what we were looking for was fantastic. She suggested 2 locations both were great when we visited The Place at Corkscrew we knew this was the Place we wanted to move to.
She was always available and kept us updated right to the closing of our new home and the final walk through. I feel extremely fortunate that she was the person I worked with. I'm not sure another agent would of pointed us in the right direction but I'm glad she did.
Tracy told me I'd have no trouble finding renters the day after we closed we had renters and the price we asked just like she said.

Tracy was great to work with. I live in Kansas City so I was shopping for a home remotely. The process began in December of 2019 and was totally derailed in 2020 due to Covid. Tracy continued to be responsive to my questions during a drawn out period and I would not have been surprised if she had believed I was never going to make it to Naples to even look at property in person. But she never indicated that was the case. Once I was finally able to get there in 2021, she was great to work with and was very helpful in closing the sale as I navigated everything from KC. I highly recommend her and will use her again should I decide to move within Naples.

After my husband and I decided to buy property for the first time, Tracy showed us plenty of condos before we switched to looking at single- family homes. Tracy made us feel like we were her first priority when scheduling viewings and answering calls and questions. Both my husband and I felt like we could ask anything, and we took advantage of that being first time home owners.
