Jenny went above and beyond to help us out. She was able to meet in short notice and was able to get us 5 showings within a 24 hour period. The night before hurricane Sally hit she was able to move up our walkthrough and closing time Putting us in front of taking care of her own properties. Now that’s commitment and dedication. Jenny is actually going the extra mile to help with some minor repairs as I’m an out of state owner. She definitely puts the client first something I’m sure you wouldn’t receive from other brokers.

There are not enough words to describe the sweet, knowledgeable, professional, and caring realtor that entered in my husband's and my search for a property in Perdido Key in May of 2020.Because of the Carona virus, as well as other issues, the purchase of the unit that we now have was quite a roller coaster ride. Jenny did a fantastic job taking care of our family and helping us find the perfect home. The process of searching for a home was well run and she made herself available to us at anytime. In selling our house, Rushing Partners went above and beyond in more ways than I can list here, but I will try.

For quick context: Our house wasn’t the easiest to sell; it was a newer construction in an older, established neighborhood, which made the price point higher than those surrounding it. We complicated things by moving out of the country before the house sold.

Jenny and Rob Rushing were completely unfazed by both of those factors.

In addition to producing marketing materials and taking advantage of great exposure opportunities, Jenny held open houses w/ thoughtful refreshments and flexible hours, ensuring we had a regular flow of traffic. When I fretted about logistics of moving abroad during the sale, Jenny was incredibly accommodating and reassuring.

When my family did actually leave, my husband and I were 100% comfortable knowing the house was in the Rushings’ hands. Can I reiterate that for a second? We actually left the country, and felt completely at ease about it. That’s how wonderful they are.

Despite the six hour time difference and the need to talk using international phone apps, we always, always knew Jenny was just an easy phone call away.

When multiple offers began coming in, Rob was able to break down the nuances, pros and cons of each, helping us to make fully informed decisions. His expertise in finances and contracts was invaluable.

When the offer came in that we wanted to accept, Jenny was able to negotiate a deal that left us and the buyers happy. Our family absolutely loved our home and we treasure our former neighbors, so having an amicable experience with the buyers was very important to us.

Jenny and Rob were highly knowledgeable about navigating a sale from abroad, and were able to guide us effortlessly through our side of the closing process.

And, in those final days before closing, when odds and ends invariably arise, Jenny and Rob were completely available to go by our house, answer questions, and repeatedly ensure we knew that all was well.
