I began working with Pat Truman in early March 2025 in preparation to sell my home. She was able to walk through my property and give me insights as to what I would need to do to ready it for sale. We then officially put the home on the market in early April and she provided clear guidance and market comparisons to land at the appropriate sale price. We were under contract in just a few days.
