What an amazing team! Our agent Warren found us the perfect house! He actually did the research, got to know our personalities and what we wanted and didn’t want in a new home. We had a lot of boxes to check in our wants, and he found the house that is perfect for our family! We told him our price range and he kept it at or below what we could afford. Once our offer was placed, he was completely on top of negotiating with the sellers to get us the best bang for our buck! Communication was the key, any questions we had was immediately answered and most of the time followed up with an email for written verification. This team is top notch! I would highly encourage my family and friends selling or buying to use Warren and his team. Warren came highly recommended to us by friends.
