What sets Wendy apart from other realtors and why we chose her, is that she actually listens to your needs and find properties targeted to you. There were a few other realtors that I was in contact with and I told them my needs and what I was looking for in a house, but they then just proceeded to send me generic properties that did not suit me needs.
