"The Cole Team" is comprised of Brenda and Scoop Cole and a team of specialized "buyer agents". They specialize in residential and commercial real estate, reo sales, foreclosures, vacant land, and new construction. Both Brenda and Scoop are certified specialists in short sales as well as foreclosures, and REO's. Scoop Cole was licensed as a Florida real estate agent in 1978, and was taught the art of real estate from his father Harmon, who opened Cole Realty Group in 1970 in Cape Coral. Scoop's father was President of the Cape Coral Association of Realtors, & Realtor of the Year in 1975; the 1st father and son team to accomplish both! Scoop was also awarded ?Realtor of the Year? in 1992 & 1993. Scoop is originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan and Brenda hails from Columbus, Ohio. Scoop and Brenda have 3 children, Tara, Greg, and Brooke. Tara owns Delta Family Counseling, where she works with children ages 2-18 utilizing therapy dogs, and her husband Geoff owns "The Beach Dog", a holistic approach to feeding your pets. Tara and Geoff have made Brenda and Scoop very happy with their first grandchild, Bryce. Greg is a local attorney.
