Annie Richards

Annie Richards grew up in Hershey, Pennsylvania but left the cold north for life in Southwest Florida. Before becoming a REALTOR, she was an Executive Producer at WINK News for more than five years. Annie has degrees in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science from Penn State. Her background in news and politics has made her an avid news junkie -- always up to speed on the latest development projects and local government decisions. Annie's knowledge of the area and involvement in the community, makes her the go-to source about all things Southwest Florida. When she's not showing houses, Annie enjoys boating, scuba diving, traveling and spending time with her family & friends.
