We were fortunate enough to have a friend recommend Deb to us when we needed an agent to show us property in SC.
We lived in Maryland at the time, my husband had just recently retired and we were throwing around the idea of checking out some active communties in Myrtle beach when we took our daughter back to college for her 2nd year at Coastal Carolina university.
Our plan was to leave Myrtle beach and checkout other communities in FL, NC and DE.
However Deb did such a great job qualifying us , we fell in love with the 2nd community that she showed us , which was Waterbridge in Carolina Forest.
We cancelled our plans to look any further and headed back to MD to prepare our home to be put on the market.
Long story short, our home sold in 2 days . We called Deb to have a contract put on the house in Waterbridge that was still under construction and would not be completed for 2 months.
Deb went above and beyound with keeping us updated on the progress of our home with videos and pictures.
She was there with us on our visits pre final walk through and final walk through .
We were so appreciated having her as our agent !

I was referred to Deb while still in Colorado Springs. I expressed an interest in retiring to Myrtle Beach, and Deb helpfully pointed me in the right direction on types of properties I might consider.

I arrived in August 2019 with a fairly good idea of the type of property and amenities I could afford, and in one afternoon Deb showed me a couple properties. She hand-held me through the process of purchasing property in South Carolina, and I moved into my new residence in early-September.

Deb is knowledgeable of the market and affable to deal with. I couldn't have been more pleased with the process, and I highly recommend Deb.
